Bamboo cutting board measures 12 x 9 x .5". You can cut on it! We recommend cutting on the side that is not engraved.

This item should be HAND WASHED and not submerged in water. If you allow the board to soak, it will split.

Engravings may appear darker or lighter throughout the piece - this is because of the grain of the wood and is to be expected.
